目前我国社会经济不断发展,我国在教育方面的发展也是越来越迅速。小学教育作为学生教育的基础,教学水平及教学效率也在不断提高。虽然小学学校的教学水平有所提升,但是在小学学校后勤综合管理工作中存在一系列的问题。本文对我国目前小学学校后勤综合管理中的现状进行了分析,并且指出了其中的问题及改善对策。
At present, the social and economic development in our country continues to develop. The development of education in our country is also becoming more and more rapid. Primary education, as the basis of student education, teaching level and teaching efficiency are also constantly improving. Although the teaching level of primary schools has been improved, there are a series of problems in the comprehensive management of primary school logistics. This paper analyzes the status quo of the current comprehensive management of primary schools in our country and points out the problems and countermeasures.
