针对在覆膜移栽作业中普遍存在的钵苗站直率不高或损伤地膜等问题,设计出一种零水平分速度钵苗栽植机构。该栽植机构通过在破膜打孔过程中不断调节扩张器的入地角度,实现了打孔时扩张器尖端的水平方向零速度,从而可以在地膜上打出适合钵苗栽植的直立孔,并避免扩张器带起或划坏地膜等问题的发生。通过对该机构的运动分析,建立了破膜打孔过程中扩张器尖端运动的数学模型,并利用MATLAB软件进行数值计算与模拟,验证了该设计方案的可行性。
Aiming at the problems such as the poor frankness of the seedling station or the damage of the mulching film which are common in the transplanting operation, a zero-horizontal seedling transplanting mechanism is designed.
