我职业生涯的前20年,在上海一所很有名的小学——上海市第一师范附属小学。这所学校三十几年来就研究四个字:愉快教育。我第一次走进这所学校的时候,墙上的三句话让我印象深刻:教孩子五年,为孩子想五十年,为国家民族想五百年。这三句话在今天看来依然颇有教育境界。没有一位老师会承认自己是没有师德的人,但是师德也是有层次的。第一个层次是义务感,这是法律层面的,是外部对教师的要求。第二个层次是责任感,这种责任感是一种良心层面的,是内心召唤的结果。而最高层次的是使命感,只有使命感的师德是精神层面的,是信仰的一种结果。所以,我在一师附小工作了20年,教孩子五年,为孩子想五十年,为国家民族
The first 20 years of my career, a famous primary school in Shanghai - Shanghai First Normal Affiliated Primary School.
