3月18日,由黄委设计院完成的黄河下游“十五”防洪工程可行性研究项目在京顺利通过水利部审查,此次审查会是水利部专家在近十天沿黄现场查勘的基础上进行的。该项可研的通过将确立黄河下游防洪工程在“十五”期间的建设目标和任务,推动黄河下游防洪工程建设步伐,从而进一步完善黄河下游防洪工程体系,提高抗洪能力,为两经济社会发展提供强有力的保障。
On March 18, the Feasibility Study Project of the “10th Five-Year” Flood Prevention Project of the Lower Yellow River, completed by the Design Commission of the Yellow River Conservancy, was successfully examined by the Ministry of Water Resources in Beijing. This review meeting was conducted by experts from the Ministry of Water Resources on the basis of the site survey conducted along the Yellow River in the past ten days ongoing. This feasibility study will further improve the flood control engineering system in the lower Yellow River and improve flood control capacity by establishing the objectives and tasks for the flood control project in the lower Yellow River during the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period and promoting the construction of flood control projects in the lower Yellow River so as to serve the economic and social development Provide a strong guarantee.
