Management is more focused on internal management than the leadership, using a metaphor of a large ship to manage the energy output similar to its internal body, and the leadership is similar to the rudder detector. The transition from management to leadership is not a simple process. Because in essence, management and leadership team is a completely different nature and concept. The manager’s job is to organize and arrange work, how to improve efficiency, and to streamline and regularize the daily affairs and duties. Monitor the work progress in all aspects, capture the details, correct mistakes in work and improve it. In some ways, managers need “everything” and focus on “events.”
