甲状旁腺机能减低(甲旁低)。最近认为甲旁素的作用,是通过细胞表面的受体、N-蛋白、腺苷环化酶而促使环磷酸腺苷增加,发挥生物效应。它的效应是(1)抑制肾小管再吸收磷,造成尿磷增加和血磷降低;(2)促进骨的破坏造成血钙升高,(3)促进肾小管对钙的吸收,因此尿钙减少、血钙增高;(4)促进肠内钙的吸收和血钙升高。所以,甲旁低时则相反会发生血钙低和血磷高。甲旁低的临床表现是嘴周围和四肢麻木,发展至肌肉抽动,Chvostek氏征和Trousseau
