每一个组织都有一个质量管理体系,如何按GB/T19001:2008标准的要求建立、实施和改进这一体系是各组织面临的一个新课题。2008版标准明确提出了采用过程方法可确保体系运作成功。正是基于这一考虑,从典型的地质勘查案例入手,对过程方法在勘查组织质量管理体系中的应用进行初步分析,旨在为贯彻GB/T19001:2008标准的同行提供体系运行的思路和方法。
Each organization has a quality management system. How to establish, implement and improve this system according to the requirements of the GB / T19001: 2008 standard is a new issue for all organizations. The 2008 version of the standard clearly put forward the use of process methods to ensure the success of the system. It is based on this consideration that starting from the typical case of geological prospecting, the preliminary analysis of the application of process method in the quality management system of prospecting organization aims to provide ideas and methods for system operation for the implementation of GB / T19001: 2008 standard .
