我科自1986年至1992年6月间,在纤维喉镜下作声带息肉及小结手术1640例,效果满意,现报告如下。1.临床资料 6年来,我科用光导纤维鼻咽喉镜作鼻咽部和喉部手术2448例,其中声带息肉1544例,声带小结96例。这两项声带手术占全部所作病例的62.05％,其中男性患者751例,女性889例,年龄最小8岁,最大71岁;声带单侧罹患者978例,占59.63％,双侧621例,占37.81％,前联合及其它部位41例,占2.50%;息肉呈广基状者1513例,占

Clinical data 6 years ago, our department with optical fiber nasopharyngeal laryngoscope for nasopharynx and laryngeal surgery 2448 cases, of which 1544 cases of vocal cord polyps, vocal nodules in 96 cases.
