采用Langendorff大鼠离体心脏灌流模型 ,用高效液相色谱法检测了阿霉素损伤时冠脉流出液和心肌组织中羟自由基含量 ,并观察了冬虫夏草对其影响。结果 :乳酸脱氢酶的释放量与冠脉流出液及心肌组织中羟自由基含量均呈正相关 (γ分别为 0 .92 2和 0 .94 9)。实验表明 :冬虫夏草对阿霉素性心肌损伤具有明显保护作用。
A Langendorff rat isolated heart perfusion model was used to measure the content of hydroxyl radicals in the coronary effluent and myocardial tissue with adriamycin injury by high performance liquid chromatography. The effect of Cordyceps sinensis was also observed. RESULTS: The release of lactate dehydrogenase was positively correlated with the content of hydroxyl radicals in the coronary effluent and myocardial tissue (gamma 0.992 and 0.949, respectively). Experiments show that: Cordyceps sinensis has significant protection against doxorubicin-induced myocardial injury.
