在课程改革不断深入的今天,推进有效教学,打造精品课堂,全面提升教学质量的呼声越来越高。课堂的成功,才是教师的成功,学生的成功,学校的成功。影响数学课堂教学的不仅仅是教师的基本专业素质、学生素质,还有教师控制课堂节奏的基本素质。新教师因经验相对欠缺,驾驭课堂教学的能力相对不够,对学生的学习水平了解不够,往往充当“超速”驾驶员,致使课堂教学质量大打折扣,所以,改善新教师的课堂节奏是我们课改要解决的问题。
In the course of deepening the reform of the curriculum, it is more and more urgent to promote effective teaching, create excellent classrooms and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching. The success of the classroom is the success of the teacher, the success of the student, the success of the school. Affect the mathematics classroom teaching is not only the basic professional qualities of teachers, the quality of students, as well as teachers control the basic quality of the classroom rhythm.
