2010年4月17日,是第16个“世界肿瘤日”。目前,肿瘤尤其是恶性肿瘤已成为威胁人类健康的最严重疾病之一,采用化疗、放疗、手术、生物治疗和中西医结合等方法是治疗肿瘤的最有效手段。其中,新型抗肿瘤药的应用,在提高肿瘤患者生存质量、延长生存时间、延缓疾病的发展等方面发挥了巨大作用。因此,极有必要了解国内、外抗肿瘤药的最新研究进展。为此,我们本期特约请浙江省肿瘤医院林能明教授、华南肿瘤学国家重点实验室/中山大学附属肿瘤医院徐瑞华教授、北京大学北京积水潭医院张石革主任药师、广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院梁宁生主任药师,以及深入医院临床一线的药学工作者们撰写了系列稿件,现结辑出版,以飨读者。
April 17, 2010 is the 16th World Cancer Day. At present, tumors, especially malignant tumors, have become one of the most serious diseases that threaten human health. Chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, biological therapy and the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine are the most effective measures to treat tumors. Among them, the application of new antitumor drugs has played a significant role in improving the quality of life of cancer patients, prolonging the survival time and delaying the development of the disease. Therefore, it is very necessary to understand the latest research progress of anti-tumor drugs at home and abroad. For this reason, we hereby invite Professor Lin Nengming from Zhejiang Cancer Hospital, State Key Laboratory of Oncology of South China, Professor Xu Ruihua from Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University, Chief Pharmacist Zhang Shiji of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital of Peking University, Professor Liang Ningsheng from Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University, As well as a series of manuscripts written by first-line clinical pharmacists in the hospital are published in a compilation to readers.
