采用自行设计的超声辅助喷射电沉积实验装置,在不同超声功率条件下制备了纯Ni镀层,表征了镀层的表面形貌、显微组织结构,计算了晶粒尺寸和镀层的硬度,并对超声波功率影响镀层的组织和硬度的机理进行了分析。结果表明:小功率(90~180 W)超声波对镀层表面质量的改善不明显,甚至会使之恶化;超声波功率在270~360 W范围内时,随超声波功率的增大,镀层表面更加平整,晶粒尺寸更加细小,显微硬度提高;超声波的加载使镀层中纳米孪晶数量显著减少。
Pure Ni coating was prepared under different ultrasonic power by self-designed ultrasonic assisted spray electrodeposition equipment. The surface morphology and microstructure of the coating were characterized. The grain size and hardness of the coating were calculated. The influence of power on the microstructure and hardness of the coating was analyzed. The results show that the improvement of surface quality of the coating is not obvious or even worse when the low power (90 ~ 180 W) ultrasound is applied. When the ultrasonic power is in the range of 270 ~ 360 W, the surface of the coating is more smooth with the increase of ultrasonic power, The grain size is finer and the microhardness is improved. The loading of ultrasonic wave significantly reduces the number of nano-twins in the coating.
