A business analysis report from Korea’s Samsung Institute and Semiconductor Company stated that South Korean computer chip makers predict that the sales outlook this year will be expired, but worries will be fierce competition from Japanese rivals. The report pointed out that Japan and South Korea’s semiconductor companies will face a fierce market battle this year in the 16-million dollar chip market.
