Patrick Ritter, his identity is simple - the general manager of Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan. The tall, smiling people are the first impressions of Mr. Ritter and the warm handshake made me feel that this interview will be smooth. A bit of living in Yinchuan by a German with more than 20 years of top hotel management experience opened the door for this interview.
