随着我国法制建设的不断完善和人们依法维权与自我保护意识的不断增强,临床中医患纠纷有逐步增多的趋势。新形势下,口腔科诊疗中的问题也很突出。口腔疾病的治疗是一项长期、系统的过程,会给患者日常行为带来不便,进而影响患者的生活质量。本文阐述了口腔科医患关系的现状、特殊性、影响因素,并提出了构建和谐医患关系的对策。以期为口腔科医生采取恰当的诊疗行为提供参考,这有利于增强患者接受治疗的信心及依从度,从而建立良好的医患关系,减少医疗纠纷的发生和提高医疗质量,进而更好的为患者的口腔健康服务。
As China’s legal system continues to improve and people’s awareness of protecting their rights according to law and increasing self-protection, the number of clinical TCM disputes has gradually increased. Under the new situation, the problems in dental treatment are also outstanding. The treatment of oral diseases is a long-term, systematic process that causes inconvenience to the patient’s daily behavior and thus affects the patient’s quality of life. This article expounds the status quo, characteristics and influencing factors of the relationship between dentist and patient, and puts forward the countermeasures to build a harmonious relationship between doctor and patient. In order to provide a reference for the dentist to take proper diagnosis and treatment, this will help enhance the patient’s confidence and compliance with the treatment so as to establish a good doctor-patient relationship, reduce the occurrence of medical disputes and improve the quality of medical care, and thus better for patients Oral health services.
