丁(鱼岁)鱼是我国新疆额尔齐斯河中名贵的土著鱼类。由于丁(鱼岁)鱼肉质细嫩,营养丰富,口味较好,具有很好的市场前景。尤其它对环境和温度的适应性较强,能耐低氧,适合进行高密度大规模的工厂化养殖,作为一个新的养殖品种在内地进行推广具有广阔的发展前景。2002年6月,国家级天津津南农业科技园区所属的津南特种水产苗种培育基地引进了丁(鱼岁)鱼苗进行了养殖,经过近5个月的养殖取得了较好的成绩,现将养殖丁(鱼岁)鱼的技术要求介绍如下。
Ding (fish year) fish is China’s Xinjiang Qixi River in the precious indigenous fish. As Ding (fish year) fish tender meat, nutritious, taste better, with good market prospects. In particular, it has strong adaptability to environment and temperature, is resistant to hypoxia, is suitable for large-scale and high-density factory farming and has broad prospects for development as a new breeding species in the Mainland. In June 2002, Ding (fish-year-old) fish fry were introduced into the Jinnan Special Aquatic Breeding Base belonging to the national Tianjin Jinnan Agricultural Science and Technology Park. After nearly 5 months of breeding, good results were obtained. Farmed Ding (fish year) fish technical requirements are described below.
