啶虫脒和高效氯氰菊酯都是生物活性很高的杀虫剂。为了在提高其杀虫活性的同时降低有效成分的含量和减少制剂中有机溶剂的用量,介绍了一种新剂型4%啶虫脒·高氯微乳剂。简要叙述了该剂型的特点、配方选择、贮存稳定性、确立了较佳的配方组成及质量控制指标。采用桃蚜作试虫进行杀虫活性测定。4%啶虫脒·高氯微乳剂与4%啶虫脒·高氯乳油、啶虫脒乳油、高氯乳油药效作了对比。结果表明,该微乳剂具有明显的增效作用,同时该微乳剂品种成本低、药效好、质量稳定,使用安全、社会效益显著。
Acetamiprid and beta-cypermethrin are highly biologically active insecticides. In order to reduce the content of active ingredients and reduce the amount of organic solvents used in the preparation, a new formulation of 4% acetamiprid and high chlorine microemulsion was introduced to improve its insecticidal activity. Brief description of the characteristics of the formulation, formulation selection, storage stability, established a better formula composition and quality control indicators. Peach aphids were used as test insects for insecticidal activity determination. 4% acetamiprid · high-chlorine microemulsion and 4% acetamiprid · high chlorine EC, acetamiprid EC, high chlorine EC efficacy compared. The results show that the microemulsion has obvious synergistic effect. Meanwhile, the microemulsion has the advantages of low cost, good efficacy, stable quality, safe use and remarkable social benefits.
