采用电沉积法将肌红蛋白(Mb)、海藻酸钠(SA)和石墨烯(GR)混合物沉积到离子液体碳糊电极(CILE)上,制备了修饰电极(Nafion/Mb-SA-GR/CILE),并利用红外光谱、紫外光谱和扫描电镜对此修饰电极材料的结构和形貌进行了表征。同时考察了该修饰电极在pH=7.0的磷酸缓冲溶液中的电化学性能和对三氯乙酸(TCA)的电催化性能。结果表明:SA-GR复合膜具有良好的生物相容性和导电性能,其电子转移数为0.701,电子传递系数α为0.359,反应速率常数ks为0.138s-1。Nafion/Mb-GR-SA/CILE对TCA表现出优异的电催化性能,且重现性好,稳定性高。
The mixed electrode of myoglobin (Mb), sodium alginate (SA) and graphene (GR) was deposited on the ionic liquid carbon paste electrode (CILE) by electrodeposition method to prepare modified electrode (Nafion / Mb- CILE), and the structure and morphology of the modified electrode materials were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical performance of the modified electrode in pH = 7.0 phosphate buffer solution and the electrocatalytic activity of trichloroacetic acid (TCA) were investigated. The results show that SA-GR composite membrane has good biocompatibility and conductivity. The electron transfer number is 0.701, the electron transfer coefficient α is 0.359 and the reaction rate constant ks is 0.138s-1. Nafion / Mb-GR-SA / CILE exhibits excellent electrocatalytic performance for TCA with good reproducibility and high stability.
