为了获得最佳控制效果,保持温度恒定,调节器参数的配置在大多数情况下是根据经验在现场调整,由于这些值是估计的,因而存在某种程度的误差。本文介绍了一种过程控剥的实验装置,并略述了该装置的结构和性能特征。对温度控制系统的动特性,不仅在理论上作了分析,而且通过实际测量给以验证。作者用根轨迹法从理论上对该系统进行了分析,并提出设计的方法及详细步骤。根据提出的技术指标要求,用根轨迹法进行了 PID 校正,从而得到了调节器的相对的最佳参数,经过实际运行和测试,达到了技术指标要求。这套装置对加强教学实践环节和指导生产实际都具有重要的意义。
In order to get the best control effect and keep the temperature constant, in most cases, the configuration of the regulator parameters is empirically adjusted in the field. Since these values are estimated, there is a certain degree of error. This article describes a process control peel experimental device, and outlines the structure and performance characteristics of the device. The dynamic characteristics of temperature control system, not only in theory made an analysis, but also to verify the actual measurement. The author uses the root locus method to theoretically analyze the system and puts forward the design method and detailed steps. According to the requirements of the proposed technical indicators, the root locus method of PID correction, which has been the regulator of the relative best parameters, after actual operation and testing, to achieve the technical indicators. This device is of great significance to strengthening teaching practice and guiding practical production.
