2014年3月24日下午拜耳材料科技原产能5万t的HDI生产装置在拜耳上海一体化基地开工建设。2007年拜耳有了一个产能3万t HDI的项目。新扩建的HDI项目的先进性主要体现在(GPP)气相光气化技术上,比2007年的HDI装置所使用的GPP技术实现了进一步的节能,气相光气化技术能够实现总计60%的节能。在今后将会继续投入5亿欧元进行生产产能的扩建。
On the afternoon of March 24, 2014, Bayer MaterialScience’s 50,000-ton HDI production plant was started construction at Bayer Shanghai’s integrated base. In 2007 Bayer had a project with a capacity of 30,000 t HDI. The advanced nature of the newly expanded HDI project is mainly reflected in the GPP gas-phase phosgenation technology, which achieves further energy savings over the GPP technology used in HDI installations in 2007. Gas-phase phosgenation technology can achieve a total energy saving of 60% . In the future will continue to invest 500 million euros for the expansion of production capacity.
