固定式采油平台管道立管是联接海底管道与平台油气集输设备的重要环节。海浪等随机载荷的作用可能使立管产生腐蚀疲劳破坏。本文在频率域用有限元法分析了立管在海浪、海流及海风等载荷作用下的随机位移及应力响应。并用断裂力学方法分析了立管的疲劳强度。
Pipeline riser for fixed oil production platform is an important part of the oil and gas gathering and transportation equipment for connecting submarine pipelines and platforms. The effects of random loads such as waves may cause corrosion fatigue damage to the riser. In this paper, the random displacement and stress response of riser under the loads of ocean waves, ocean currents and sea breeze are analyzed by finite element method in the frequency domain. The fatigue strength of riser was analyzed by fracture mechanics method.
