目的:考察不同生长地点对桑寄生(Taxillus sutchuenensis(Lecomte)Danser)挥发性成分的组成和含量的影响。方法:采集贵州省贵阳市花溪区燕楼乡燕楼、谷蒙、槐舟、思惹、坝楼、旧盘、新井、摆古、嘎多9个不同生长地点的相同寄主(皂荚树)上的桑寄生,用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取样品的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱—质谱联用法(GC-MS)分析鉴定其化学成分,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行分析测定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量,比较其差异性。结果:(1)各个样品之间挥发性成分的组成有一定的差异。(2)各个样品之间相同挥发性成分含量也有较大差异。结论:生长地不同对桑寄生挥发性成分的含量有明显影响。对桑寄生挥发性成分的组成也有一定的影响。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different growth sites on the composition and content of volatile components in Taxus sutchuenensis (Lecomte) Danser. Methods: The same host (Gleditsia japonica) was collected from Yanlou Township, Yanlou Township, Huaxi District, Guiyang City, Guam, Guizhou Province, Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta, The volatile components of the samples were extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of the samples were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis. The compounds were separated and identified by computerized retrieval technique. A method to calculate the relative percentage of each component, compare their differences. Results: (1) There were some differences in the composition of volatile components between samples. (2) There is also a big difference between the same volatile components in different samples. Conclusion: The different growth have a significant impact on the content of volatile components of the parasiticus. Sang parasitic volatile composition of the composition also have a certain impact.
