随着2015年1月1日韩国K-REACH的实施,中国作为韩国橡胶类产品主要出口国,受到技术贸易壁垒的约束日益显现。而韩国K-REACH虽然借鉴了欧盟REACH法规,在立法和实施上,却显现了很多“韩国特色”。距离合成橡胶行业方面第一份年报截止期不到1个月时间,本文试从以下几个特殊点分析K-REACH的特殊性及其影响。希望企业积极与韩国进口商沟通年报是否合规,避免对韩贸易
With the implementation of Korea’s K-REACH on January 1, 2015, China, as a major exporter of rubber products in Korea, has become increasingly restrained by technical barriers to trade. While Korea K-REACH draws on the EU REACH regulation, in the legislation and implementation, but a lot of “Korean characteristics.” From the first annual report of the synthetic rubber industry deadline of less than one month, this article tries to analyze the particularity of K-REACH and its impact from the following special points.
