封隔器解封和管柱永久变形是混相驱油田高压注气过程中遇到的重要问题之一。高压注气作业过程中温度和压力的剧烈变化引起管柱伸缩或受力变化 ,其主要影响因素有 :温度变化引起的温膨效应 ;压力变化引起的膨径、活塞和螺旋弯曲效应。在前人研究的基础上给出了复合管柱的各种计算模型。初始力是预防管柱损坏的可操作性重要因素 ,它和管柱各种受力及应力之间有密切关系 ,对此做了定量分析。研究结果对矿场作业具有一定指导意义。
Packer unsealing and permanent deformation of the column are one of the most important problems encountered during the high-pressure injection of mixed-phase flooding fields. High pressure gas injection during the operation of the dramatic changes in temperature and pressure caused by the telescopic tube or force changes, the main factors are: temperature change caused by the thermal expansion effect; pressure changes caused by expansion, piston and spiral bending effect. On the basis of previous studies, various calculation models of composite pipe columns are given. The initial force is an important factor in preventing the damage of the pipe string. It is closely related to the various forces and stresses of the pipe string and is quantitatively analyzed. The research results have some guiding significance to the mine operation.
