分析5个国外玉米基本种质群体在3个同工酶系统7个位点上的遗传变异。结果表明,5个国外玉米种质群体平均每个位点有1.8个等位基因,BSCB1和BS9中含有其他群体中没有的等位基因Est-4a和Per-3a;5个国外玉米种质群体平均多态性位点的比例为68.5%,预期杂合度为0.303,遗传距离为0.008~0.082,说明这5个群体遗传差异较大,具有较丰富的遗传多样性。
The genetic variation of five basic maize populations in five foreign isozymes at seven loci was analyzed. The results showed that there were 1.8 alleles per locus in five foreign maize germplasms, Est-4a and Per-3a alleles not found in other populations in BSCB1 and BS9, five foreign maize germplasms The average percentage of polymorphic loci was 68.5%, the expected heterozygosity was 0.303, and the genetic distance was 0.008 ~ 0.082, indicating that these five populations had large genetic differences and rich genetic diversity.
