医疗行为的考核是医院管理的一项重要基础,关系到医院人事、分配、运行状态等很多方面的工作。医院迫切需要对医疗行为(过程及结果)进行准确的量化考核,这依赖于及时取得足够的医疗信息。只有实施了医院信息系统(HIS),才能高效率地处理这些信息。北京电力医院与北京国科经纬软件技术有限公司合作,对质量考核系统这一课题进行了初步探讨,并成功地在联合开发的医院管理信息系统——QuickHIS中具体实现,为医院的医疗质量考核工作提供了科学有效的技术手段。现将我们以疾病为目标的量化考核思路和方法介
