我们根据《医院药剂管理办法》，结合我院实际，应用ＴＱＣ的思想理论及方法，对我院药剂科的管理进行了探讨。
According to “Hospital Pharmacy Management Measures”, combined with the actual hospital, the application of TQC’s theory and methods of thinking, the management of pharmacy in our hospital were discussed.
