为了提升思想政治工作水平,文章首先阐述了高职院校开展朋辈教育的意义,然后论述了高职院校“3+3+1”朋辈教育体系的构建,包括朋辈讲师体系构建、教育内容体系构建、朋辈教育循环构建三个方面.
