[引子] 在已举行过的“21世纪中国人力资源管理与发展高峰论坛”上,中国人才交流协会副会长韩光耀一针见血地指出:信用污染已经蔓延到人才市场,假学历、假档案、假招聘的泛滥,使人才市场遭遇严重信用危机,这也破坏了人才流动的正常秩序。目前,随着上海着力推进全方位诚信体系建设的同时,市人才服务中心系列举措应运而生。为使今后工作开展得更为全面顺利,将从应届高校毕业生处“开膛剖肚”,对之进行大刀阔斧的诚信考核。
