地方院校是我国成人高等教育的中流砥柱,相比起重点大学,在现代远程教育改革方面起步比较晚且投入少,在开展网络化教学创新地方院校成人高等教育教学模式方面的经验非常不足。地方院校成人高等教育迅速发展且办学规模不断扩大,随着网络教育的迅速发展,成人教育遭遇到了前所未有的挑战,存在的问题更为明显。笔者将从网络化教育教学角度出发,从而提出网络教育与成人教育的基本观点,根据成人教育网络化的发展现状,进行教育教学模式改革,构建成人教育网络化教育教学模式,为地方院校成人高等教育的网络化转型提供更为合理的思路。
Local colleges and universities are the mainstay of adult higher education in our country. Compared with the key universities, the local colleges start relatively late and invest less in the reform of modern long-distance education. The experience of network teaching in innovating the teaching mode of adult higher education in local colleges is not enough. With the rapid development of online education, adult education has encountered the unprecedented challenge and the existing problems are more obvious. Based on the network education and teaching perspective, the author puts forward the basic views of online education and adult education. According to the current development of adult education network, the author reforms the education and teaching mode, constructs the online education and teaching mode of adult education, Higher education network transformation to provide more reasonable ideas.
