检索Cochrane、EMbase、PubMed、CNKI、CBM、VIP、万方数据库(自建库至2016年7月),收集硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗国人DPN的随机对照试验(RCT)。由两位研究者根据纳入与排除标准筛选试验,提取资料,并根据Cochrane系统评价手册进行质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共8个RCTs(包括674例患者)纳入研究,其中试验组337例,对照组337例。Meta分析显示,硫辛酸450或600mg/d联合依帕司他150mg/d与单用硫辛酸相比,可提高感觉及运动神经传导速度。结论硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗DPN可能有一定疗效。
Cochrane, EMbase, PubMed, CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang database (from July, 2016 to July 2016) were collected. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of lipoic acid and epalrestat on patients with DPN were collected. Two researchers screened for inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data, and assessed the quality according to the Cochrane Handbook of Surgical Evaluation, using the RevMan 5.3 software for meta-analysis. Results A total of 8 RCTs (including 674 patients) were included in the study, of which 337 were in the test group and 337 in the control group. Meta-analysis showed that lipoic acid 450 or 600 mg / d combined with epalrestat 150 mg / d increased sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity compared with lipoic acid alone. Conclusions Lipoic acid combined with epalrestat may be effective in the treatment of DPN.
