患者张××,女,69岁,市民。因间断性血尿二年,于1979年4月10日住院。患者自1977年7月因劳累出现无痛性全程血尿,二天后自行停止。1978年5月无明显诱因又致无痛性肉眼血尿,无其它伴发症状,经用止血、消炎药物,一天后血尿停止。做膀胱镜检查仅见膀胱三角区充血,未见肿物,两侧输尿管口清晰,无喷血,舒缩功能良好。1979年2月又尿血一次,性质同前,肾盂静脉造影,发现左肾盂未显影,
