目的为防止水库因蓄水造成鼠类迁移而引起鼠传疾病的爆发、流行,对黄河苏只水电站淹没区进行了灭鼠,并对灭鼠的效果、密度、鼠种及其分布情况进行了调查。方法化学药物灭鼠、密度调查、分析。结果灭鼠前鼠密度为20.00%,灭鼠后鼠密度为0.83%,灭鼠率为95.85%,灭鼠效果优良,库区的优势鼠种为小家鼠。结论野外用溴敌隆灭鼠,适口性好,灭鼠效果比较显著。
Objective To prevent the outbreak and epidemic of rodent disease in reservoirs caused by migration of impounded water in rats and to control the flooding area of Suzhi Hydropower Station in the Yellow River and to study the effects, density, species and distribution of rodent survey. Methods Chemical drugs rodent, density survey, analysis. Results The densities of mice were 20.00%, 0. 83% after deratting rats, 95.85% rats were rodent extermination rats. Conclusion The field use of bromadiolone rodent, palatability good, rodent control effect is more significant.
