1改造缘起2014年,北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司(BIAD)决定对B座办公(设计)楼进行全面的改造。B座办公楼(以下简称B座楼)建成于1997年,至今已经使用了近20年,由于B座楼是公司第二设计院设计的项目,本次公共区的改造工程自然也就落在我们的肩上。B座楼内第一至第四设计院分别负责自己办公区的改造工程,我们第二设计院在改造公共区的同时也肩负着七层和八层的装修改造任务。在开始工作之前,我们对整个项目进行了多次的调研和各个系统的排查,发现了不少问题,公司对于公共区已有明确的改造目标,
