This article reports the results of a field trial conducted in the Tanzanian coastal area. In Boko village, 30 km north of Dar es Salaam, 150 students aged 6 to 17 were tested. 14 days before the test did not take antimalarial drugs. Plasmodium falciparum (P. f.) -positive patients according to WHO standard dose of chloroquine treatment, observed for 7 days.
