8月底,百度、腾讯以及万达共同宣布,成立一家电子商务公司,总投资约50亿元,其中万达持股70%,腾讯、百度各持股15%。但对于合作细则,三方均缄口不言。今年1月,王健林就曾透露其发展电商的战略构想:第一,万达电商与线下万达广场构成一体化的O2O平台;第二,“大会员、大数据”是万达电商的核心。目前来看,三方合作的商业模式尚不清晰,具体战略方向和细则有待进一步观察。但从合作的各方优势分析,万达有绝对线下优势,腾讯有支付能力和社交资源,百度有搜索和大数据能力,无疑是线上线下对接的有力武器。
