2BF-2型棉花、玉米点播覆膜机是河北省东光县农机厂研制的。与8.8千瓦小四轮拖拉机配套,还可穴播花生和大豆,1991年12月通过了省级科研新产品鉴定。目前已投入批量生产,参考价为每台1000元。该机具有如下特点: (1)采用组合式结构,既可进行播种、覆膜联合作业,又能进行播种、覆膜单项作业;播种、覆膜两部分采用铰接机构,覆膜部分在运输时可以折叠起来,安全方便。 (2)排种部件由供种轮、排种轮和驱种轮组成。排种轮型孔开度可调,提高了排种质量。高速光辊反向驱种器减轻了机具对种子的损伤程度。供种轮使种箱内种子及时流向
