近年来,利用长链胺与钒形成三元络合物使其分光光度法的灵敏度大大提高,但络合物的稳定性差。钒与铬天青S和氯化十四烷基二甲基芐基铵光度法稳定时间只有20分钟。埃铬青R和溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)光度法测定微量钒的稳定时间为4小时。我们研究了DPC和CTMAB光度法测定钒的反应条件、络合物的组成及辅助配位体的影响,该络合物稳定时间可达48小时以上。应用于石煤及一般岩石分析时,不经分离能满足0.0X%钒的测定要求。
In recent years, the use of long chain amines and vanadium to form ternary complexes greatly improve the sensitivity of its spectrophotometry, but the stability of complexes is poor. Vanadium and chromium Azurol S and tetradecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride photometric stability time of only 20 minutes. Spectrophotometric determination of trace vanadium with Erythromycin R and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) for 4 hours. We studied the reaction conditions of vanadium by DPC and CTMAB spectrophotometry, the composition of the complex and the influence of the ancillary ligand. The stability time of the complex can reach more than 48 hours. When applied to stone coal and general rock analysis, it can satisfy the determination requirement of 0.0X% vanadium without separation.
