HAP新型高效节能乳化剂的研制项目于1991年12月5日通过了大庆市科技发展部的鉴定。该乳化剂具有明显的节能效果,有减轻锅炉烟尘对环境污染的社会效益。我们在一台SZS360型热水锅炉上进行了该乳化剂的应用试验。一、制取乳化油的油、水温度的确定重油的粘度随温度的增高而减小。对于渣油(大庆龙凤),当温度在80~100℃时,粘度变化曲线趋于平缓。通过燃油锅炉应用掺水乳化油的燃烧试验得出,重油(渣油)的温度控制在60~80℃,掺水温度控制在65~85℃为宜。水温要高于油温。重油掺水乳化后的粘度有所提高,并且
