针对鞍钢某厂板坯内部的质量缺陷问题,在二冷配水制度水量控制环节引入混沌粒子群算法,对不同钢种、拉速等工艺条件下的配水量实施优化,并建立了新的配水制度。实验证明,优化后的算法性能有大幅度的提高,在低倍质量检测中,中心裂纹、中心疏松、缩孔等缺陷下降趋势明显,铸坯质量得到有效改善。
In order to solve the problem of quality defects in slab of a steelmaking plant in Ansteel, a chaos particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm was introduced in the water control of secondary cooling and water distribution system to optimize the water distribution under different technological conditions such as different steel grades and pulling speed, and a new water distribution system . Experiments show that the performance of the optimized algorithm has been greatly improved. In the low magnification inspection, the defects such as central cracks, loose center and shrinkage cavity are obviously decreased, and the slab quality is effectively improved.
