江泽民总书记在广东考察工作时指出:要把中国的事情办好,关键取决于我们党,取决于党的思想、作风、组织、纪律状况和战斗力,领导水平。只要我们党始终成为中国先进社会生产力发展要求的、中国先进文化前进方向的、中国最广大人民根本利益的忠实代表,我们党就能够永远立于不败之地,永远得到全国各族人民的衷心拥护并带领人民不断前进。在新的历史条件下,共产党员要牢记全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,以实际行动做“三个代表”的实践者。我们认为在高校后勤社会化改革过程中,加强后勤党员党性教育和锻炼尤其重要,我认为应从以下几个方面加以促进、完善和提高。

As long as our party has always become the faithful representative of China’s advanced culture and the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of the Chinese people as required by the development of advanced social productive forces in our country, our party will always be invincible and will always receive the heartfelt thanks of the people of all nationalities in the country. Advocate and lead the people to keep moving forward. Under the new historical conditions, party members should bear in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly and act as practitioners of the “three represents” through practical actions. In our opinion, it is particularly important to strengthen party education and exercise of party memberships in the process of logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities. I think it should be promoted, improved and enhanced from the following aspects.
