选人之渠就是通过一种渠道。为人才脱颖而出创造条件和机会,使在领导视野内、视野外的人才,都能平等地进入企业的人才库。近几年来,我采取的是“封闭式的毛遂自荐法”。就是公司每个员工都可以直接给我写自荐信,写明自己有什么特长,想干什么(包括自己的位置),有什么招法。我以党性和总经理的名义为其保密,用与不用,只有我知道。当我接到自荐信后,便安排组织部门进行考察,我也注意观察、了解自荐人的表现,如果德、能、勤、绩都不错,就通过一定的程序,安排其担任一定职务。
