目的利用中药2号联合转移因子治疗口腔扁平苔藓、方法将75例扁平苔藓患者随机分为两组，中药2号联合转移因子治疗组50例，除口服中药2号外，还注射转移因子于腋窝淋巴干。常规治疗组（对照组）25例，西药对症治疗。结果治疗组治愈率为84％，对照组有效率为74％，无1例治愈。两组比较有显著差异性（P＜0.01）。结论中药2号联合转移因子治疗口腔扁平苔藓是非常有效的方法，其疗效明显优于常规治疗。
Objective To treat 75 cases of lichen planus with oral lichen planus by combining traditional Chinese medicine No.2 combined transfer factor, and to divide them into two groups randomly. Fifty cases of combined treatment with traditional Chinese medicine No.2 combined with metastasis factor were treated with injection of transfer factor in axillary lymph nodes dry. The conventional treatment group (control group) 25 cases, western medicine symptomatic treatment. Results The cure rate was 84% in the treatment group and 74% in the control group, and none was cured. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine 2 combined transfer factor in the treatment of oral lichen planus is a very effective method, and its curative effect is obviously superior to conventional treatment.
