一、COBO法COBO法是一种用各种水硬性粘结剂将铁精矿固结成具有良好的机械强度和冶金特性的球团的冷粘结方法。球团用高压釜进行硬化处理。这种球团主要是用粒度较粗的精矿,并加入少量细精矿和水硬性粘结剂均匀混合。在造球盘上造球时,只需加入少量的水,这种不同粒度的混合料便能最大可能地紧密聚结。冷粘结法的原理以前曾经介绍过。图1所示为这种冷粘结球团厂的工艺流程。
First, the COBO method COBO method is a kind of hydraulic binder used to consolidate the iron concentrate pellets with good mechanical strength and metallurgical properties of the cold bonding method. Pellets were hardened with an autoclave. This pellet is mainly coarse with coarse ore concentrate, and add a small amount of fine concentrate and hydraulic binder evenly mixed. When pelletizing the pelletizing plate, only a small amount of water is added, and the mixture of different grain sizes can agglomerate as closely as possible. The principle of cold bonding has been introduced before. Figure 1 shows the cold-bonded pellet plant process.
