电压质量是衡量电能质量的主要指标之一,浙江电网电压动态调控能力不足,无功资源分布不均衡,因此需要加强电网的电压/无功控制能力。根据浙江电网自动电压控制(AVC)系统建设的要求,介绍了浙江电网水电厂AVC系统的结构运行模式、调节模式、控制模式、AVC系统无功分配值计算、无功分配原则及AVC系统安全运行条件,所介绍的方法已经在浙江紧水滩水电站及珊溪水电站实际应用,并证明是行之有效的。
Voltage quality is one of the main indicators to measure power quality. Zhejiang Power Grid has insufficient voltage regulation capability and unbalanced distribution of reactive power. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the voltage / reactive power control capability of the power grid. According to the requirements of AVC system construction in Zhejiang Power Grid, the structural operation mode, regulation mode, control mode, reactive power distribution value calculation, reactive power distribution and AVC system safe operation of AVC system in Zhejiang Power Grid are introduced Conditions, the method introduced has been applied in Zhejiang Jishuitan Hydropower Station and Shanxi Hydropower Station, and proved to be effective.
