一、加强培训,更新理念,为课改搭石铺路众所周知,课程改革首先要革新的一定是理念。理念先行,是课改的必然。为更新观念,2002年新教材使用前,吉林省德惠市大房身镇中心小学便先行一步派领导及实验教师参加省级“新课标、新教材”培训。之后,又派所有任课教师参加州、市两级课改通识培训,使全校任课教师外出培训率达100%。随着课改的不断深入与发展,我校又不遗余力,先后派领导、教师到上海、北京、哈尔滨、杭州、长春、
