钠云母(NaAl_2[(OH)_2/AlSiO_2O_(10)])是一种属于云母类的矿物。迄今为止,钠云母还只是处于矿物学家和岩石学家的兴趣范围之内,没有工业上的应用。比较研究其它层状硅酸盐例如叶腊石,发现钠云母可以用作高压装置的密封材料。已经研制出的以钠云母为主的多成分体系可以满足对这类密封材料的不同要求。通过改变其体系组成便可使这类材料的性能充分适用于不同用途。由于钠云母与云母类矿物和叶腊石关系密切,可能它还具有其它用途,例如磨成微粒后作填料。此外,钠云母的绝缘绝热性还可以充分地加以利用。而且,如果这种矿物以致密形式赋存,其不同岩体能够用碎片剥离的方法整形成为人们所熟知的叶腊石中的“奇异石”变种,则可能存在别的用途。本文涉及的范围包括钠云母地质、矿物学性质,以及在民主德国工业中钠云母用于高压装置密封材料的第一次成功经验。
Na-mica (NaAl_2 [(OH) _2 / AlSiO_2O_ (10)]) is a mica-based mineral. To date, sodium mica is still only within the interests of mineralologists and petrographers, with no industrial applications. Comparative studies of other phyllosilicates such as pyrophyllite have found that mica micas can be used as a sealing material for high pressure devices. A multi-component system based on mica has been developed to meet the different requirements for such sealing materials. By changing the composition of the system, the properties of these materials can be fully adapted for different purposes. As sodium mica and mica minerals and pyrophyllite close, it may also have other uses, such as grinding particles into a filler. In addition, the insulating mica insulating insulation can also be fully utilized. What is more, there may be other uses for this mineral if it is present in a dense form and its various rock masses can be shaped by fragmenting into the “singular” variant of the well-known pyrophyllite. The scope of this article includes the geological and mineralogical properties of sodium mica and the first successful experience with sodium mica for high-pressure seal materials in the German Democratic industry.
