为了迎接当今世界信息技术迅猛发展的挑战,国家教育部提出从2001年起,用5至10年的时间在全国普及信息技术教育,以信息化带动教育的现代化。互联网作为信息技术的产物逐渐进入了校园,进入了千家万户,为教育的发展与改革开辟了广阔的空间,同时也带来了一些令人担忧的问题,伪科学、反人类、不健康的甚至有害的信息垃圾泛滥,不同程度地影响了青少年学生的心理健康。作为班主任,要努力做到消除各种不利于学生身心发展的因素,培养对社会生活具有良好适应能力和良好心理品质的学生,让学生好好利用网络来学习,让学生能够“健康”地上网。
