利用空心阴极(HCD)离子镀技术在铝青铜合金表面沉积不同厚度的铝青铜合金膜层,提高了合金表面的硬度,改善了合金的耐磨性能。并利用电子探针对镀膜合金层的成分、形貌及磨损试验产生的磨痕进行了观察分析,指出膜层的成分不同于镀料的成分。对于较厚的膜层呈层状分布,并解释了经镀膜后使耐磨性提高的原因。
Hollow cathode (HCD) ion plating technology is used to deposit aluminum bronze alloy film with different thickness on the surface of aluminum bronze alloy to improve the hardness of the alloy surface and improve the wear resistance of the alloy. The composition, morphology and abrasion marks of the coating alloy layer were observed and analyzed by using the electron probe. It is pointed out that the composition of the coating layer is different from that of the plating material. For thicker film layer distribution, and explains the wear-resistant coating after the reason.
