为解决通过检测柴油机润滑油液中金属磨屑而判定润滑油更换时机问题,提出了一种基于润滑油中单元素质量分数比重变化的分析方法。该方法能够有效消除换油时机和摩托小时不同对润滑油液分析的影响。通过对大量某型坦克柴油机的润滑油液数据统计分析,提取了油液中单元素质量分数与元素总质量分数的变化规律,运用3σ方法确定了柴油机磨损的判定标准,实现了坦克柴油机磨损故障检测诊断。
In order to solve the timing problem of lubricating oil change by detecting metal debris in the lubricating oil of diesel engine, an analysis method based on the change of single element mass fraction in lubricating oil was proposed. The method can effectively eliminate the oil change timing and motorcycle hours different effects on the analysis of lubricating oil.
